Lichfield and Burntwood Primary Care Network (PCN) consists of a group of 5 general practices in Lichfield and Burntwood who have agreed to work together to improve services for patients living in this area. We work alongside a range of local providers across primary care, community services, social care and the voluntary sector, to offer more personalised, coordinated health and social care to their local populations.
