Your annual review will now be due in your birthday month. A letter of invitation will no longer be sent.
Please contact the practice one month prior to your birthday to allow time for your necessary blood tests.
Medication Reviews
We are currently offering medication review appointments by telephone with the Clinical Pharmacists. You should book these as usual 2-4 weeks before the due date even if you have not had a blood test.
