Outer Boundaries

The Westgate Practice has an outer boundary area where we will retain, where appropriate, existing patients who have moved house into the outer boundary.

Previously patients who moved home a relatively short distance sometimes found they had to register with a new practice when they would have preferred to stay with the Westgate Practice with whom they may have had a well established relationship.

Now if you move home within the outer boundary area you can stay registered with the practice if you wish.  You will continue to receive the full range of practice services, including clinically necessary home visits.

If you move beyond our outer boundary you must register with another practice.

For more information on our outer boundaries, please ask at reception.

Please keep us updated with your current address and telephone numbers.  You can do this by popping into the surgery or completing the online form found at the bottom of the home page.
